Clouds
Sep 7th, 2010 | By Liu Hong-ping | Category: Poetry | 434 viewsBeing decluded into
Rocks and bushes and mountains
Which are your longings
Melted into buoyant sculptures
Being fluctuated into
Waves and sails and islands
Which are your emotions
Blended into wondrous designs
You are aerial and tameless
As horses without fetters
You may fully taste emptiness
As drifters in the alien space
You are weaving a dream of colours
Shattered by the lightning and thunder
Listen to the rain
Singing as homesick children

There is something ethereal, quiet, gentle about your poetry, which has a musical/lyric quality to it. But you got me right at “longings/Melted into buoyant sculptures.” Peaceful and beautiful.
