Ms. Schmidt is an adjunct professor at Oakland Community College. She received her MFA from National University and hopes to pursue her PhD in 2010.

I bought a copy of Heather’s book. It is a pretty little gem of a book and Heather’s Haiku is a joy to read. Basho would have even enjoyed this book and would have been honored to have a poet come along so inspired in this genre. GREAT READ!!
